01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the wintoto online platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the wintoto brand name. These Terms take effect as soon as you first access the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Wintoto operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions. Our platform is not intended for use in regions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this platform is lawful in their location.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use wintoto's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or resident of a region where online gambling is prohibited.
• Has not previously been banned from using the wintoto platform.
• Register one (1) personal account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. wintoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing any withdrawal. Documents that may be required include a national ID, passport, or recent proof of address.

Wintoto reserves the right to decline or cancel any individual's registration application without providing a reason.

03 User Account

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their account, including their password and login details. You are advised to:

• Use a strong and unique password for your wintoto account.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account whenever using a public or shared device.
• Notify the wintoto support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Wintoto shall not be liable for any financial loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence. However, we will take prompt action to assist in investigating and securing your account upon receiving a report.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee or account closure. Any remaining balance will be managed in accordance with wintoto's internal policy, and members will be notified in advance.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Wintoto provides a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysia users, including FPX online banking, e-wallets, and other methods displayed on the platform. All transactions are processed through a secure encryption system.

For withdrawals, members must have successfully completed the KYC process. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, or to a verified bank account registered under the member's name.

Wintoto is not responsible for any withdrawal delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party banking system failures or technical issues on the part of payment providers.

Any attempt to withdraw funds derived from illegal activities or fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account in question will be immediately frozen while an investigation is conducted.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Wintoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and special promotions for festive occasions. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the Promotions page.

• Bonuses are only valid for use within the time period specified in the respective offer.
• The wagering requirement must be fully met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member under any circumstances.
• Wintoto reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or in violation of the spirit of a promotion.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per member, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Abuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and termination of the accounts involved without any compensation.

06 Game Rules

All games offered on the wintoto platform, including 4D lottery, Live Bingo, and other number games, are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by a recognized independent body. This ensures that every draw is fair and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Game results displayed in the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is solid evidence of a technical error that can be verified by the wintoto technical team. Any dispute regarding game results must be submitted to our support team within 48 hours of the result being displayed.

• Confirmed betting tickets cannot be cancelled once the draw has begun.
• Winnings will be automatically credited to the member's account balance once the result is confirmed.
• Wintoto reserves the right to suspend or void a game round in the event of a significant technical disruption, and all wagering funds will be fully refunded to the member.

07 Prohibited Activities

Use of the wintoto platform is subject to certain restrictions. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, balance freezing, and legal action:

• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate the gaming system.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Registering multiple accounts using the same or different personal information to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using the platform to transfer illicit funds or engage in any money laundering activity.
• Spreading false or misleading information about wintoto to the public.
• Accessing or attempting to access wintoto's internal systems without authorization through hacking or reverse engineering.

Wintoto cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report any suspected illegal activity without prior notice to the member involved.

08 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting the wintoto support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the current policy.

Wintoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any term in this document.
• There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• The member provided false information or invalid documents during registration or the KYC process.
• The account is used by an individual who does not meet the age or geographic eligibility requirements.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, wintoto reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings obtained through rule-violating activities, while original deposits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

09 Limitation of Liability

Wintoto provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical defects. wintoto shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss or indirect damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of opportunity, income, or anticipated profit resulting from service disruption.
• Any losses arising from the actions or omissions of third parties, including payment providers and network service providers.
• Damage caused by computer viruses, malware, or cybersecurity threats originating from outside the wintoto system.

Under no circumstances shall wintoto's maximum total liability to you exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days prior to the claim in question.

10 Terms Amendment

Wintoto reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior consent from members. However, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or your registered email before changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the date of the last amendment. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms.
